Birlik Fruit Growing Inc. Co. that is the participation of Birlik Group was founded in March , 2008.
For right and proper planting, the soil examination and analysis was completed.
The drilling works were started in July,2008.
To prepare the soil, tractor and appropriate pieces of equipment were bought. Until planting, the processes of soil plowing, tilling, and digging holes for the trees were completed.
Two natural water sources were founded in 99m and 89m in depth. This is the moment of the fall of the first water on the soil after completion of drilling.

Our facility makes service in 20.000 m² field with 800 tree and producing two kinds of greengage named as Black Betty and Black Diamond. Harvest of our production made in July or August depends on climate.
